Activist Damien Goodmon, the perennial bother stuck in Metro’s craw, has made good on his threat to sue the agency for the planned LAX-adjacent Crenshaw Line, the Los Angeles Times reports. Many of his complaints relate to the California Environmental Quality Act, specifically whether or not Metro considered enough alternatives for the eight and a half mile line, (e.g. putting the train fully above- or underground).
